Andrew McCoy is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in federal program development, workforce optimization, and business development. Currently serving as the Federal Advanced Program Development Executive at Zivaro since August 2020, Andrew previously held multiple leadership roles at the American Council for Technology - Industry Advisory Council, including Industry Chair and Vice-Chair for the Evolving the Workforce Community of Interest. Andrew's background also includes volunteer leadership as Chairman of the Career Navigation Committee for the National Eagle Scout Association's National Capital Region and a Client Solutions Consultant role at Learning Tree International, focusing on workforce optimization in the federal civilian marketplace. Earlier career experience includes significant contributions at Aerotek as a Business Development/Account Manager and maritime leadership roles with Boy Scouts of America in the Florida Keys. Andrew holds a degree in Biology with a minor in History from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
