Selna Saji has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Selna is currently the Founder and CEO at Zircle, a position they started in December 2022. Prior to this, Selna held various roles at SunEdison, including Head of Strategy and Advocacy from April 2022 to November 2022, Head of Policy Advocacy and Market Strategy from February 2021 to April 2022, and Zonal Director for Kerala from March 2021 to October 2021. Before their time at SunEdison, Selna worked at the Council on Energy, Environment and Water. Selna served as a Program Associate from April 2020 to February 2021, a Research Analyst from July 2018 to April 2020, and a Research Intern from February 2018 to June 2018. Selna also worked as an Assistant Manager at Inverted Prism in 2016 and as a Summer Intern (part-time) at Gram Vaani Community Media (now Oniondev Technologies) from May 2015 to April 2016. Selna started their career as a Fellow at Teach For India, a role they held from June 2014 to April 2016.

Selna Saji completed their Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from TKM College of Engineering, Kollam in the years 2010 to 2014. Selna then pursued a Master's degree in Foundations in Management from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid in the year 2016 to 2017. Following that, they obtained another Master's degree in Environmental Engineering Technology/Environmental Technology from Queen's University Belfast in 2017. Lastly, Selna Saji completed their education by acquiring a degree in Energy Engineering with a focus on Renewable Energy Technologies from IMT Atlantique from the years 2017 to 2018.
