Tracy Ayebea Obeng has a diverse range of work experience. Tracy Ayebea started their career as an Engineering Intern at the National Prosthetics and Orthotics Centre in Ghana in 2016. Tracy Ayebea then served as a National Service Personnel at Engisys Limited, where they shadowed field service engineers and conducted presentations on medical equipment. In 2018, Tracy founded Kodoriko Girls, a social enterprise focused on bridging the gender gap in engineering through practical and interactive maker education sessions. Tracy Ayebea has organized sessions for over 500 girls in various regions of Ghana. Currently, Tracy holds a position at Zipline as an Aviation Sustainment Engineer. Tracy Ayebea also previously worked as a Flight Operator, where they were responsible for drone maintenance and continuous improvement at the Mpanya distribution center.
Tracy Ayebea Obeng pursued their education at the University of Ghana from 2013 to 2017, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering. In addition to their formal education, they also obtained certifications in Technical Support Fundamentals from Google in September 2020 and in Front-End Web Development from Developers in Vogue in July 2018.
