Minjong Lee is a seasoned Product Designer with extensive experience in the tech industry, currently working at Zip since April 2022. Previously, Minjong held product design roles at Instagram and Facebook, focusing on enhancing money transfer products within Facebook's core offerings. At SigFig, significant contributions included leading a mobile redesign, improving user flows for partner integrations, and redesigning onboarding experiences, all resulting in increased user engagement and financial metrics. Earlier experience includes a UX Designer position at Inflection.com, Inc., where Minjong improved website conversion flows, and an internship at The Promise International, where marketing materials were designed. Minjong holds a Master's degree in Entertainment Technology from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts from Ewha Womans University.
