Andrew Kim is an experienced technical support and sales engineer with a strong background in customer support and engineering. Currently serving as the Lead Technical Support Engineer at Zip Intake-to-Procure since November 2021, Andrew previously worked at Intercom from September 2016 to November 2021 as an Enterprise Sales Engineer, where notable achievements included leading a global team in annual revenue and mentoring new sales engineers. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Customer Support Engineer and Instructor, as well as a Research Assistant at Colby College, where Andrew contributed to research presented at the 2014 Mercury Conference. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry from Colby College, obtained in 2015, and graduated from Stuyvesant High School in 2011.
