Joel Wille is an experienced professional in product management and innovation, currently serving as a Senior Product and Innovation Manager at Zip Water UK since July 2020. Prior to this role, Joel held various positions at CITB from September 2011 to July 2020, including Product Category Manager and Product Manager, as well as a Product Development role. Joel began a career in management at Enterprise Rent-A-Car from 2009 to 2011. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Business Studies from the University of Lincoln, PRINCE2 Practitioner certification from APMG-international, and ongoing studies in Agile Project Management at APMG. Joel also holds a Level 5 qualification in Leadership and Management from the Chartered Management Institute.
