Gordon Bell currently serves as the Group Chief Financial Officer at Zip Co, a digital financial services company, since September 2023. In addition, Gordon is a Board Member at Knox Grammar School since July 2023 and previously held various senior roles at Westpac from December 2015 to February 2023, including General Manager of Group Finance and Chief Financial Officer of the Business Division. Gordon has also contributed as a Board Member at Little Wings Ltd from September 2015 to September 2016, supporting children with life-threatening illnesses. Earlier in their career, Gordon worked at Barclays from May 2005 to June 2015, holding positions such as Managing Director - Treasurer for Asia Pacific and CFO for Japan, Greater China, and Australia. Gordon's professional background includes experience with Westpac in technical accounting and structured sales, as well as a tenure at KPMG as a Senior Manager. Gordon holds degrees and qualifications from several prestigious institutions, including the University of Technology Sydney, the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.
