Charlotte Rose Wedd has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Charlotte Rose most recently worked as a Senior Training & Onboarding Specialist for CX Enablement at Zip Co starting in July 2023. Prior to that, they were a Hair Specialist at Hairhouse from December 2020 to July 2023. In 2020, they worked as a Business Solutions Manager - Transformation at Broadspectrum from May to August.

Charlotte also has experience at Qantas, where they held various roles including Training and Compliance Manager, Quality Assurance and Training Supervisor, and Quality Analyst in the SME Sales department. Charlotte Rose was contracted by Publicis for these roles and worked at Qantas from 2011 to 2019.

Before Qantas, Charlotte worked as a Customer Service Specialist at Price Attack from September 2010 to March 2011.
