Adam C Cowen has over 20 years of work experience in the field of web development and analysis. Adam C started their career in 1997 as a Computer Vision Developer at Agriculture & Agri-Food Canada. Adam C then worked as a Developer at Energy Navigator Inc from 1998 to 2000. In 2000, they joined Getty Images as a Senior Software Engineer, where they worked on various projects related to film clip purchasing, asset ingestion, and editorial news & sport.

In 2003, Adam joined Veer as a Senior Web Developer, where they created a website search component and implemented a secure asset delivery system. Adam C also developed a web-based font rendering and preview tool called Flont.

From 2004 to 2006, Adam worked at BP as a Senior Web Developer, where they designed and implemented BP's Component Management Database (CMDB) and introduced Agile software development practices. From 2008 to 2016, Adam worked at Harcourts International as a Senior ASP.NET MVC5 Web Developer/Analyst. Adam C was responsible for solutions architecture, technical leadership, and managing development processes for internal and public websites.

In 2016, Adam joined IDIOM Limited as a Senior ASP.NET Core MVC6 Azure Web Developer/Analyst, focusing on distributed ASP.NET Core Web Api and Websites design utilizing Azure Platform services.

In 2017, Adam moved to PartPay to work as a Senior ASP.NET Core MVC6 Azure Web Developer/Analyst, where they worked on online and in-store installment payment solutions.

Lastly, since 2019, Adam has been working at Zip Co as a Senior ASP.NET Core Azure Web Distributed Platform Developer/Analyst, specializing in new markets and platform development.

Adam C Cowen attended the University of Alberta from 1992 to 1997, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computing Science Specialization.
