Want a seat at our table? We are seeking an experienced Director of Partnerships to lead strategic collaborations and channel sales initiatives, strengthen our partner ecosystem, and drive revenue growth through innovative teamwork.

The Main Course – Responsibilities 

  • Partner Development: Identify and establish strategic relationships with integration partners, technology providers, and resellers.
  • Onboarding: Design and execute a seamless onboarding process, including training, resources, and marketing support.
  • Channel Sales Management: Oversee partner performance, set KPIs, and align efforts with growth objectives.
  • Go-to-Market Strategies: Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to implement strategies leveraging partner capabilities.
  • Performance Analytics: Track and report partnership success, using data to identify growth opportunities.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with partner stakeholders.

What You Bring To The Table – Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)

  • 8+ years of experience in partnership development or channel sales, ideally in hospitality technology

  • Proven success in managing partnerships and meeting performance targets.

  • Strong analytical skills to make data-driven decisions.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

  • Strategic thinker with a results-driven, solution-oriented mindset

  • Collaborative team player with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
