Jill Bell has over 25 years of extensive experience in Human Resources, currently serving as the Regional Human Resources Director at Zions Bancorporation since January 2019. Previously, Jill held the position of Executive Vice President - Human Resources Director at Nevada State Bank from November 2013 to January 2019, where responsibilities included overseeing Human Resources and Organizational Development with a staff of 20. Jill's earlier experience includes roles such as Vice President of Human Resources at Golden Nugget Hotel & Casino, where responsibilities encompassed multiple HR functions and supervision of a 17-member team. Jill holds a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Santa Clara University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Sociology from the University of Oregon.
