Youssef Marwan is an experienced manager with a diverse background in hospitality and operations management. Currently serving as an Interim Team Manager at Zinzia Zorggroep since September 2024, Youssef previously held the position of Manager at Fokus from August 2022 to October 2024, focusing on efficient personnel and financial management. As the Founder and Owner of two restaurants under Poke You from August 2020 to April 2022, Youssef demonstrated entrepreneurial skills. Prior roles include Director of Operations at Sanitatis, managing facility services for government institutions, and various positions in the hospitality sector, including Food Beverage Coordinator and Specialty Cook. Youssef holds a Bachelor's degree in Facility Management and Real Estate from Breda University of Applied Sciences and has received vocational training in hospitality and culinary arts from De Rooi Pannen.
