Léa Gauthier, PhD, currently serves as Associate Director at Zinnia since April 2024, after holding roles as a Data Scientist and Project Lead at IVADO Labs from June 2020 to March 2024, where development and implementation of AI solutions for various sectors were primary responsibilities. Prior experience includes work as an AI Developer at Ariann Solution and Guillemot R&D from August 2016 to June 2020, focusing on algorithms and machine learning in finance, gaming, and advertising. Earlier roles include a Researcher-Developer at Gameloft, contributing to sales impact analysis and ad matching through machine learning techniques from July 2015 to August 2016, and a post-doctoral fellow at Université de Montréal, engaging in particle physics research and teaching from October 2012 to July 2015. Education includes a PhD in Physics from CEA-Saclay, a Master's degree from Paris-Sud University, and a Bachelor's degree from Université Paris Sud.
