Denis Bourne is a Senior Software Developer at Zinkworks since November 2022, specializing in Java and the Spring Boot framework to create scalable microservice solutions. Prior experience includes serving as CTO and Co-Founder of Bluesona from 2018 to August 2022, where Denis contributed to developing insurTech solutions focused on promoting safe driving through innovative hardware and smartphone technology. Denis previously owned Bourne Development from October 2017 to July 2019 and worked as a Web Developer at Town.ie from June 2015 to October 2017, gaining expertise in PHP, MySQL, and JavaScript. Additionally, Denis interned as a Java developer at Cloud Ranger in 2014. Denis holds a B.Sc. (Honours) in Applied Computing from Letterkenny Institute of Technology, earned between 2012 and 2016.
