Abhimanyu Maheshwari is a seasoned professional in the food and beverage industry, currently serving as the Chapter Head for the National Restaurant Association of India in Kolkata and as a member of the National Managing Committee since August 2023. As the Founder of Zing Restaurants, established in August 2011, Abhimanyu has built a full-stack F&B company known for its diverse restaurant brands, including the rapidly growing 'Rang De Basanti Dhaba' and 'Asia! Asia! Asia!', India's first Asian table grill restaurant. Prior experience includes founding Yumist, where the role of Founder & COO was held from August 2014 to September 2017, and serving as Director at Azad Hind Food & Beverages, where operations were streamlined and a chain of successful affordable North-Indian restaurants was launched. Abhimanyu graduated from the Rochester Institute of Technology in 2008.
