Susette Lunceford, PHR, has extensive experience in training and development, currently serving as the Director of Training & Development at Zing Health since July 2020. In this role, Susette coordinates and develops learning strategies aligned with the Zing brand and assesses the effectiveness of learning programs. Prior to this, Susette held similar positions at NextLevel Health and worked as an Independent Consultant focusing on HR practices, change management, and leadership training. Earlier in Susette's career, significant contributions were made as the Staff Training & Development Manager at Kirkland & Ellis LLP, where training initiatives were developed and managed for non-attorney staff. Susette began professional experience as a recruiter at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois. Educational achievements include a Master of Arts in Training & Development from Roosevelt University, an MBA in Human Resource Management from the University of Illinois Chicago, and a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations from Andrews University.
