Elena McFann is an accomplished healthcare executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across prominent organizations. Currently, Elena serves as a Board Member at Zing Health and HighRoads. Previously, Elena held key positions at Elevance Health, including President of both Medicare and Medicaid for the West Region. At UnitedHealthcare, Elena's roles included Chief Executive Officer for the Central Region of UnitedHealthcare Medicare & Retirement, as well as Chief of Staff and Vice President of Network Strategy & Innovation. Earlier in their career, Elena worked at PacifiCare as Director of PPO Network Management and Director of Fee for Service Contracting. Elena’s educational background includes studies at Dartmouth College and Southern Methodist University.
