Hayley Hand is an experienced executive coach and advisor with a strong background in venture capital and social impact. Currently serving as an Executive Coach at ZINC and as a self-employed coach for VCs and founders since January 2023, Hayley also advises ImpactVC, focusing on harnessing venture capital for positive global change. With extensive experience as an Investment Director at Better Society Capital, Hayley has held various roles in investment management and consulting, including Director positions at EY-Parthenon and Social Business Trust. Hayley holds a BA in Economics from the University of Cambridge and a Practitioner Diploma in Executive Coaching from the Academy of Executive Coaching.
