Mike Anderson is an experienced human resources professional with a robust background in organizational management. Currently serving as Chief People Officer at Zimmerman Advertising since October 2012, Mike has held multiple senior roles including EVP, SVP, and VP of Human Resources, where responsibilities include directing HR policies and initiatives aligned with the company's strategic goals. Prior to this, Mike was the Director of Human Resources, focusing on HR policy application and strategic human capital planning. Earlier in the career, Mike was the Training & Events Manager, overseeing internal training programs and events. Before joining Zimmerman Advertising, Mike served as the Director of Custom Training & Continuing Education at Dunwoody College of Technology. Mike holds a Master’s Degree in Adult Education and Human Resource Development from Florida International University and a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Development from the University of Minnesota.
