Samantha Lofton, IGP, currently serves as Vice President of Global Legal Operations and Chief of Staff at Zimmer Biomet, a position assumed in June 2022, after previously holding the role of Senior Director in the same department. With extensive experience in legal project management and information governance, Samantha's previous roles include Chief Risk, IG and Legal Project Management Officer at Ice Miller LLP, where efforts were focused on enhancing operational efficiency and managing risk and compliance. Additional experience encompasses leadership positions in records and information management, as well as contributions to professional organizations such as the Law Firm Information Governance Symposium and ARMA International. Samantha holds a Bachelor's Degree in Management and Decision Science/Information Systems from the University of Kentucky, in addition to two associate degrees from Bluegrass Community and Technical College.
