Ryan Ferguson is an accomplished aviation professional with extensive experience in leadership and flight operations. Currently serving as the Director of Aviation at Zimmer Biomet since July 2021, Ryan focuses on enhancing the company's flight department with a commitment to positive global impact. Previously, Ryan held roles including Chief Pilot and Captain, demonstrating expertise in managing and operating highly capable aircraft such as the Gulfstream and Challenger series. Past leadership positions include President at CAVU Aviation, LLC, and Chief Pilot for a multi-aircraft Part 91 Flight Department. Ryan's educational background includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Aeronautics from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, along with additional studies at the University of Central Florida and Daytona State College.
