Amanda Ng currently serves as an Operations Analyst at Disney Cruise Line, having started in January 2024. Prior experience includes the role of Recreation Deep-Water Lifeguard Coordinator at The Walt Disney Company, where Amanda supported the operations of Blizzard Beach and Typhoon Lagoon, leading over 100 Cast Members daily and fostering a strong teamwork culture. Previous positions at Disney included Operations Integration Intern and Competition Coordinator, where assistance was provided for operational integrations and large-scale event logistics, respectively. Amanda's journey began with the Disney College Program, after which professional development as a Deep Water Lifeguard further enhanced skills in training and facilitation. Amanda holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Southern New Hampshire University.
