Julian Fernando Mancera Rozo is a Mechanical Design Engineer with extensive experience in designing and developing high-performance engineering components and systems. Currently employed at Zilper Trenchless Inc since October 2022, Julian specializes in the design of heavy-duty structural components and the generation of detailed manufacturing plans for tunneling machines.
