Marcus Williams has extensive experience in executive search, currently serving as Principal of Executive Search at Zillow and previously in similar roles at True Search, where the titles included Director and Principal. Williams has also worked as a Recruiter at Netflix and Chan Zuckerberg Initiative, and as Principal Recruiter at Uber. Williams holds a Master of Education in School Leadership from Harvard Graduate School of Education, completed in 2010, and a Bachelor of Science in Broadcast Journalism from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, earned in 2003.
