Jay co-founded Technology Crossover Ventures, a private equity and venture capital firm, in 1995 and continues to serve as a Founding General Partner. Jay has served on the boards of directors and compensation committees of TripAdvisor, Inc., an online travel company, since February 2018; Electronic Arts Inc., an interactive entertainment software company, since September 2011; and Netflix, Inc., online media subscription service provider, since 1999. Jay served on the board of directors of TechTarget, Inc., a marketing services provider, from 2004 to 2016. He also serves on the boards of directors of several private companies and universities. Jay holds a B.A. from Northwestern University and an M.B.A. from the University of Michigan.
