Daphne Chang is a Senior Behavioral Scientist at Zillow, a position held since August 2021, following a role as a Behavioral Scientist at the same company. Prior to this, Daphne served as a Postdoctoral Fellow at Carnegie Mellon University - Heinz College of Information Systems and Public Policy from August 2019 to August 2021. Daphne obtained a Doctor of Philosophy in Information Science/Studies from the University of Michigan - School of Information, completing the degree in 2019. Additionally, Daphne holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from UC San Diego, which has been pursued since 2006.
