Courtney McKinney is an accomplished professional in the entertainment and retail industries, currently serving as a Seasonal Retail Operations Assistant at AMB Sports and Entertainment since July 2023. McKinney is also an active Grammy U Member with The Recording Academy and participates in the Next Gem Femme Mentorship Program with Femme It Forward, selected from 1,000 applicants to gain insights from industry leaders.
