Bobbi Green is a seasoned professional in contact center strategy and technology, currently serving as the Sr. Director of Call Center Strategy at Zillow Home Loans, LLC since February 2021. With extensive experience at LendingTree from 2018 to 2021, Bobbi held the roles of Sr. Director for both Product - Offline Experience and Mortgage Experience. Prior roles include Sr. Director of Call Center Technology at Wyndham Capital Mortgage, where Bobbi designed and implemented a comprehensive multi-media contact center solution, and Sr. Manager of Contact Center Strategy at Discover Home Loans, overseeing various technology projects and compliance initiatives. Bobbi's career began at LendingTree in 1998 as Sr. Director of Customer Care, and includes positions in integration and customer service at ServiceMagic/LendingTree and GE Capital. Education was pursued at Niagara University from 1991 to 1993.
