Marieke Kirkman currently serves as Chief Commercial Officer and Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Zigzag Associates Ltd, where the focus is on enhancing the quality of clinical trials and ensuring patient safety in the pharmaceutical industry. Prior to this role, Marieke held the position of Vice President of Business Development at ADAMAS Consulting, specializing in global quality assurance for pharmaceutical and biotech sectors. Marieke co-founded Geoscience Modeling and worked as a Business Development Manager, providing subsurface valuation services. Earlier experience includes serving as President of SoftHalt Productions, developing biomechanically compatible products for equine performance, and various geological roles at Oxy, where project work involved reservoir characterization and waterflood management. Marieke holds a Bachelor of Science in Geological Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines.
