Heidi Utzman, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the HR Operations Manager at Ziff Davis, a position held since July 2023. Previously, Heidi held the role of Director of Human Resources at Spiceworks Ziff Davis from 2020 to December 2022, where oversight included HR functions for 150 U.S.-based employees and an international team of 65 across several countries. Heidi's extensive experience at Spiceworks from 2008 to 2020 encompasses roles such as Benefits/Comp Director, where key responsibilities included designing and managing compensation and benefits programs for 450 employees, and Senior HR Business Partner, helping align HR strategies with business objectives. Earlier in the career, Heidi served as Senior Manager of HR & Payroll during the company’s early growth stage and as HR Manager at Motive, providing support for payroll, benefits, and employee relations for 400 individuals in a multinational setting.
