Jarno Smit is an experienced Agogisch Consulent at Zideris since August 2017, transitioning from the role of Vakcoach, where responsibilities included supporting teams in complex cases related to individuals with intellectual disabilities. Jarno also served as a Key-User for the Pluriform client reporting system and worked as a Persoonlijk Begeleider, providing tailored support and care for clients in various settings. Prior experiences include an internship as a Begeleider at Siza, focusing on individuals with severe multiple disabilities, and serving as an Integraal Begeleider at 's Heeren Loo, assisting young people with mild intellectual disabilities. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from HAN University of Applied Sciences and a Minor in Group Dynamics.
