Nikolaus Proebsting currently serves as Vice President Quality within the Commercial Vehicle Solutions division at ZF Group, a position held since January 2023. Prior to this role, Nikolaus held various prominent quality management positions at SEG Automotive from January 2018 to January 2023, including Vice President Quality and Head of Quality Management Customers. Nikolaus's extensive background at Bosch spanned nearly two decades, where significant roles included Head of Quality Management Customers, Project Management Support, Section Manager Manufacturing, Key Account Quality Manager, Assistant of Board of Management, and Group Leader Manufacturing Engineering. Nikolaus began a career with Bosch as a Design Engineer in the mid-1990s, eventually transitioning to Bosch USA in the role of Design Engineer before returning to Bosch in various capacities.
