Leah Headon SENR PCC currently serves as the Head of Performance Nutrition at Wicklow GAA Centre of Excellence and a Corporate Wellbeing Specialist at Zevo Health. With extensive experience in performance nutrition, Leah has worked as a Performance Nutritionist for the Dublin U20 Hurling Team and is the Founder of Haeloo Nutrition, which provides personalized nutrition consultations for athletes and fitness enthusiasts. Previous roles include Head of Customer Experience at Results Fitness and personal trainer at Pro Fitness Gym. Leah holds a Masterā€™s degree in Health and Wellness from Dublin City University and multiple qualifications in nutrition, coaching, and fitness from various institutions.
