Adarsh VN is an accomplished recruitment professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and HR roles across multiple leading companies. Currently serving as the Head of Recruitment at Zeta Suite since 2021, Adarsh co-founded Urbanjobs.in in 2016 and has held key positions such as Head of Talent Acquisition at PhonePe and Moonfrog Labs, and Head of Recruitment at GSN (TV & Games). Previous experience includes leading HR initiatives at HackerRank and Zynga, and serving as a Senior Recruitment Specialist at Yahoo!. Adarsh began a career in IT recruitment with Optimum Solutions in Singapore after earning a BE in Information Science and Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University and a Diploma in Computer Science & Engineering from Cauvery Polytechnic.
