Rahul Bagde (Èð»¢) has a diverse and extensive work experience in supply chain management and leadership roles. Rahul started their career at Siemens Industry as a Supply Chain/Procurement Analyst from 1999 to 2003. Rahul then worked at Vishay (PHILIPS Manufacturing Site) as a Group Leader - Purchase (Strategic Sourcing) from 2003 to 2005. Following that, they joined Ikanos Communications as an Operations (Planning) Manager from 2006 to 2008, where they led the Asia-Pacific supply chain planning and IT development support.
In 2008, Rahul moved to SanDisk, where they held multiple roles, including Manager - Supply Chain Projects, Inventory Control, and Manager - Manufacturing Strategy (Supply Chain) Development from 2008 to 2012. At SanDisk, they contributed to the development of manufacturing strategies and oversaw supply chain projects and inventory control.
After SanDisk, Rahul joined Microsoft in 2012, where they held various positions, including Supply Chain Business Process Leader - APAC, Supply Chain Lead - Xbox China, and ASIA Fullfillment Manager. In their role as ASIA Fullfillment Manager, they managed multiple distribution centers and was responsible for supporting a revenue of $1.2 billion and managing a budget of $9 million.
In 2018, Rahul joined Zespri International as the Head of Supply Chain - ASIA, and later became the Head of Supply Chain - Greater China (Vice President) in 2019. In these roles, they were responsible for managing imports, supply chain operations, logistics and distribution, customer support, and sustainability for the Asia and Greater China regions. Rahul reported to the Global COO and President of GCR and managed a team of 61 members with a supply chain budget of $124 million.
Rahul Bagde (Èð»¢) completed their MBA in Strategy, Operations, and Supply Chain Management from China Europe International Business School (CEIBS) from 2010 to 2012. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Production (Industrial) Engineering from Shri Guru Gobind Singji College of Engineering & Technology and Swami Ramanand Teerth Marathwada University, both from 1995 to 1999. Rahul also attended YCM for their Higher Secondary School education from 1993 to 1995 and Indira Gandhi High School for their Secondary School education from 1989 to 1993. Additionally, Rahul obtained a certification in CSCP from APICS in November 2014.
