Michael Paauwe is a Product Design Engineer at ZeroJet and Director at Empower Enterprises Ltd. With a background in mechanical engineering, Michael has held various senior engineering roles at companies such as Apple, PowerbyProxi, and Rakon. Michael has experience in developing production equipment, enhancing product quality, and applying automation and LEAN manufacturing techniques to improve profitability. Michael was also responsible for leading projects in robotic work cell development and mechanical design at companies like Kohler Co. New Zealand and Rakon. A graduate of The University of Auckland, Michael holds a BE in Mechanical Engineering (hons) and an ME in Mechanical Engineering.
