Michelle Pumphrey is a seasoned sales professional with extensive experience in account management and strategic sales roles across various industries. Currently serving as the Global Strategic Account Manager at ZeroFox since July 2023, Michelle previously held the position of Enterprise Account Executive at Sprinklr and served as Account Executive and Regional Vice President at Verint. Prior experience includes leadership roles at ForeSee, where Michelle was Director of Enterprise Accounts and an Enterprise Account Manager. Earlier in the career, Michelle worked at Vocus as an Account Executive, and in various sales positions at Pitney Bowes. Michelle began the professional journey as a Graduate Assistant and Interim Head Coach for the Women's Lacrosse team at Duquesne University. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from James Madison University and a Master of Business Administration from Duquesne University.
