Panos Koutsourakis is an accomplished professional in the sustainability and shipping sectors. Currently serving as Vice President of Global Sustainability at the American Bureau of Shipping since August 2020, Panos also contributes as an Advisory Board Member at the Mærsk Mc-Kinney Møller Center for Zero Carbon Shipping since February 2023. In addition, Panos is the Founder of Ukiyo Group, a family office established in May 2019. Previous roles include Global Technology Leader at Bureau Veritas and a position focused on Innovation, Technology, and Projects at GasLog Ltd. Additionally, Panos has held various roles in the shipping and oil & gas industries from April 2005 to January 2014. Academic qualifications include a Global Executive MBA from INSEAD (2023-2025) and a degree in Naval Architecture & Mechanical Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens.
