Susan (Curley) Burton is a dedicated professional in early childhood development with extensive experience spanning over three decades. Currently serving as a Training and Technical Assistance Specialist at ZERO TO THREE, Susan is involved in the HealthySteps program, which integrates child development professionals into pediatric care teams. Previous roles include Senior HealthySteps Manager and Manager of Practice Improvement at Assuring Better Child Health & Development, where Susan contributed to the expansion of HealthySteps across the state. Additional experience encompasses independent consultancy focused on family support, management of the Mother Infant Lactation Club at Massachusetts General Hospital, and early intervention services as a Developmental Educator. Susan holds a Master of Science in Education from Wheelock College and a Bachelor of Science in Human Development/Early Childhood Education from the University of Connecticut.
