Cynthia Dehner is an experienced professional with a diverse background in project management, training, and program administration. Currently serving as Project Manager for Center Operations at ZERO TO THREE since April 2017, Cynthia has also held roles as Production Manager and Senior Research Analyst/Writer. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Training at Child Care Aware of Missouri, where responsibilities involved oversight of training resources and curriculum development for early learning professionals. Additionally, Cynthia worked for Paxen Learning for 20 years, progressing through various roles including VP of Contract Administration and Executive VP of Operations, contributing to significant revenue growth and contract management. Cynthia holds a Bachelor's degree in Education from the University of the Cumberlands and has pursued further education in coaching methodologies, demonstrating a commitment to professional development in both educational and operational capacities.
