Panduranga Acharya is an experienced legal professional currently serving as General Counsel at Zepto since April 2022, specializing in quick commerce. Acharya has held key legal positions at prominent companies such as CarDekho as General Counsel and Swiggy as AVP - Legal and Director - Legal, where responsibilities included heading legal and regulatory matters. Notably, Acharya contributed to FICCI as Co-Chair of the Online Food Aggregator Working Group and has extensive experience in litigation, compliance, and legal advisory from previous roles at Flipkart, Vodafone, Videocon Telecommunications Ltd, The MobileStore Limited, and Royale Builders and Developers. Acharya holds an LLB in Laws from Bangalore University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from V.V Puram Evening College of Arts and Commerce.
