Rob Griffey is the current President at Zepf Center. Prior to their current position, they worked as a Vice President / Area Sales Manager at Wells Fargo Home Mortgage from October 2001 to June 2010. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing 34 bank branches, 2 NW Ohio Loan Production Officers, 40-50 Loan Officers, 10 Administrators and 5-7 Branch Managers that oversaw 50-60 staff members. Rob also recruited and mentored 12 loan officers.
During their time at Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, Griffey was able to grow the sales force by 7%. Rob also expanded the market share 15% in Fort Wayne and 35% in outlying areas. Additionally, they propelled the cross-sell of five core bank products from 12% to 48% between 2005 and 2008. Rob was ranked #1 in the nation in November and December 2008. Furthermore, they increased stand-alone referrals to personal bankers for deposits and other bank products from a negligible amount to a standard of ten per month. Rob was also the first Area Sales Manager within Wells Fargo to be closely monitored and tracked.
Griffey was also able to advance revenue margin by 50 basis points (bps) in four years through fee collection, rotation into more revenue rich products, price discipline, and an increased emphasis on program income. Additionally, they improved customer recapture on both purchase and refinancing; increased call nights, customer mailers, and regular sales blitzes by Loan Officers. He
