Giuliano Griffante has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Giuliano began their career in 2004 as a Developer at Hewlett-Packard, where they worked until 2005. In 2006, they joined Wiz Systems do Brasil as a Developer before moving to Terra Networks as a Development Analyst later that year. At Terra Networks, they stayed for over a decade, ending their tenure in 2017. In 2017, they joined ZENVIA as a Leader Technician and worked there until 2019. Giuliano then transitioned to the role of IT Specialist at ZENVIA from 2019 to 2020. From 2020 to 2021, they served as Design Ops Lead at ZENVIA before taking on the position of Engineering Coordinator from 2021 to 2023. Currently, Giuliano Griffante holds the position of Product Manager at ZENVIA, starting in 2023.

Giuliano Griffante completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science at Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul from 2003 to 2007. Giuliano then pursued further education at the same university, obtaining a degree in Strategic Management and Competitive Intelligence from 2009 to 2011.
