Paul Geymayer is an accomplished leader in the pharmaceutical industry with extensive experience across various high-level roles. Currently serving as Head Western Europe at Zentiva since March 2019, Paul previously held the position of COO at MS PHARMA, where responsibilities included oversight of commercial operations and strategic projects. Paul's tenure at Sandoz lasted from 2007 to 2018, encompassing roles from Region Head Asia Pacific, with full P&L responsibility for approximately USD 1 billion, to Country Head Nordic and CEO of Sandoz A/S, managing a USD 200 million portfolio. Earlier career highlights include strategic planning and M&A responsibilities at ratiopharm and consulting at Gemini Consulting, complemented by research positions at the University of Bern and The Scripps Research Institute. Paul holds a Dr. rer. nat. in Organic Chemistry/Biochemistry from the University of Stuttgart and a Dipl.-Ing. in Technical Chemistry/Biochemistry from Technische Universität Graz.
