David Baumgarten currently serves as Digital Strategy Lead for OTC & Value Added Medicine at Zentiva and has held the position of OTC Marketing Manager since June 2023. As the Founder of Reflora Skin since September 2020, David combines entrepreneurial experience with a background in strategic communications and marketing. Previous roles include EXIST Business Startup Grant at Bundesministerium für Wirtschaft und Klimaschutz, Entrepreneur in Residence at Metch and LEO Innovation Lab, and Strategic Communications Advisor at Bertelsmann SE & Co. KGaA. David's career also features significant contributions at Rocket Internet SE as a Senior Consultant in Healthcare, and earlier roles in public relations at MODOMOTO and fischerAppelt. David's education includes a Bachelor's degree in Visual Communication from Universität der Künste Berlin and a Digital Marketing Course from Hyper Island, complemented by an Erasmus exchange at Danmarks Medie- og Journalisthøjskole.
