Cornelia Johnson has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Cornelia started their career as a Case Manager at Tidewater Youth Services Foundation in 2017, where they successfully identified treatment needs, built relationships with clients and treatment providers, and consistently met deadlines for reports and treatment plans.

In 2021, Cornelia transitioned to the Virginia Department of Corrections as a Probation Parole Officer. In this role, they conducted extensive investigations, analyzed client risks and needs, and created case plans to monitor progress and make appropriate referrals for services.

Most recently, Cornelia worked as a Senior Claims Adjuster at Progressive Insurance from 2022 to 2023. During this time, they conducted interviews, explained policy coverages, and analyzed damages to determine coverage. Cornelia consistently met appraisal appointment goals and gathered facts and information accurately.

Cornelia Johnson obtained their Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Old Dominion University, where they attended from 2012 to 2015. In 2011, they briefly attended Virginia State University, although no specific degree or field of study is provided. Currently, they are pursuing a course on Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Coursera, starting in 2023. In addition to their formal education, Cornelia has also obtained certifications including Introduction to SAP from Great Learning in May 2023 and a Casualty Claim Adjuster License, Individual from AdjusterPro in April 2022.
