Lorena Santana is a Senior Manager of Legal Operations at Zentalis Pharmaceuticals, where responsibilities include building processes, implementing technology tools, and providing operational support to the Legal Department since March 2022. Previously, Santana held the position of Head of Legal Operations and Executive Assistant at LexisNexis from August 2003 to October 2021, addressing various legal operations challenges and providing high-level support to the EVP & General Counsel. With a Bachelor of Science in Business from the CUNY School of Professional Studies, Santana possesses extensive experience in legal operations, contract management, process improvement, and administrative support.
