Viraj Wagholkar is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources management. Currently serving as the AVP & Head of Talent Acquisition for North America and Global Talent Acquisition at Zensar Technologies since September 2010, Viraj oversees recruitment for various global locations including India, the UK, Europe, South Africa, and the USA. Prior roles include Associate Vice President HR at WNS, leading the HR function for a travel vertical; Manager of HR at Aptara Corp and Vertex Software Pvt Ltd; and key HR positions at Datapro Infoworld Ltd, Hi-Rel Components India Ltd, and Jejuplast Pvt Ltd. Viraj holds an MBA in HR from Savitribai Phule Pune University and a B.S. in Environmental Science from the Institute of Science, Nagpur.
