Suruchi Rungta is a legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and compliance across various sectors. Currently serving as the Director - Legal for India and APAC at Zensar Technologies since June 2022, Suruchi previously held the position of Legal Counsel at NTT DATA FA Insurance Systems from January 2019 to June 2022. Prior to that role, Suruchi served as Vice President at YES BANK from January 2017 to July 2018, and practiced independently as a legal consultant from January 2015 to December 2016, focusing on corporate law, documentation, disputes, and intellectual property. Suruchi began the legal career as a Senior Associate at AZB & Partners and as an Associate at Khaitan & Co. Suruchi graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Government Law College, Mumbai, with a specialization in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law.
