Ketur Parekh serves as the Director of Services at Zenoti since June 2014, overseeing enterprise SaaS rollouts in the Middle East region. Prior to this role, Ketur was a Lead Consultant at SumTotal Systems from February 2005 to May 2014, where responsibilities included implementing and deploying on-premise, hosted, and SaaS solutions, as well as conducting requirements gathering, pre-sales demonstrations, product enhancements, solution design, and training delivery. Ketur began the professional journey as a member of the technical team at Sanghavi Computers from July 2002 to August 2004, focusing on software development, network administration, and IT skills training delivery. Ketur's educational background includes a Master of Computer Applications from Sikkim Manipal University and various diplomas in advanced computing and software engineering from other institutions, complemented by a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer certification.
